Standard Ideal Program Liability Waiver
Paying for my fleet membership signifies that I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Nyack Boat Club against any and all claims for damage (whether personal injury, property damage or otherwise) arising from my use, my minor children's use and my guests' use of any of the boats owned by the Nyack Boat Club and utilized in the Ideal 18 Program, including but not limited to, sailboats and motorized watercraft. I further agree that as a participant in the Ideal program, I am responsible for any damages that I cause to any boat, its equipment or other property or any personal injury that I cause.
