Tin Boat Engine Stalls -- Yellow Tin Boat #4959 GB

Took tin boat out to my mooring (H16) at 2 p.m. on Saturday July 16. Running at full throttle, the motor began to rev up and down and then stalled. At first I thought I might have run out of fuel, but the tank was near full. The engine restarted and behaved again the same way. I pulled back the throttle to just above idle speed, no stall and I got to my mooring. Same on the return from the mooring (engine on idle for 5 minutes while I took care of what was needed): after about 1 minute at full throttle the engine stalled, but would restart and I could crawl back to tin boat dock at idle speed or a little above. Pushing the throttle further caused a stall.
